Tina leads our team and works closely with our Board of Directors to guide the strategic direction of Valley Heartland. In addition to the overall management of our corporate operations, she provides day-to-day oversight of the Community Investment Portfolio and serves as Vice Chair of the Community Futures Eastern Ontario Network.
Amber Coville, Business Development and Program Officer
Joined Valley Heartland in 2016
Amber oversees our business programming and works directly with entrepreneurs providing advisory support ranging from general inquiries to business plan reviews. She is also responsible for executing our Lanark County Economic Development contract, including BR+E-driven projects and investment attraction strategies.
Eileen Campbell, Lending and Business Advisor
Joined Valley Heartland in 2024
Elieen reviews loan applications, works with existing loan clients, and provides advisory support related to business finance to both loan and non-loan clients. She specializes in supporting small and medium businesses with her extensive knowledge in bookkeeping, and general business practices including HR, WSIB, and taxes.
